The Meridian Kiwanis club is concerned about detrimental effects this drug is having on families.  Within these families there are usually children in keeping with our focus and then have a need to be provided care and concern regarding the efforts of the Idaho Meth Project.

With people having so much in life, they feel they lose so much when their sight goes. Meridian Kiwanis helps the ones who, if you will, are children of all ages with equipment to do simple basic things in life, such as read the morning paper. Ones who are visual impaired needing all the support they can get through a a helping hand from the Wishing Star Foundation.

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to think that we can protect children from death and loss, in reality we cannot. We therefore offer some hope to kids who need Camp Erin.
